Terms and Agreements
1. Commission Request:The client initiates the commission process by submitting a detailed request specifying their desired artwork or design project. This includes information such as the concept, style, dimensions, and any specific requirements.2. Price AgreementThe artist/designer provides a price quote based on the client's request. Both parties agree on the total cost of the commission, including any additional fees for revisions, rush orders, or special materials if applicable.3. Payment TermsPayment is required up front before the artist/designer begins working on the commission. The client is responsible for submitting the full payment amount within a specified timeframe, as agreed upon in the contract or agreement.4. Payment MethodsThe accepted payment methods, such as bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, or others through Ko-fi, are communicated to the client. Any associated fees or charges related to the chosen payment method are the responsibility of the client.5. Artwork/Design ApprovalOnce the payment is received, the artist/designer proceeds with creating the artwork or design according to the agreed-upon specifications. Regular communication is maintained between the parties to ensure the client's satisfaction.6. RevisionsThe commission terms may include a limited number of revisions or alterations that are included in the agreed-upon price. If the client requests additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit, additional fees may be applicable.7. Ownership and Usage RightsUnless otherwise specified, the artist/designer retains the copyright and ownership of the commissioned artwork or design until full payment is received. Once payment is made, the client is granted non-exclusive usage rights as outlined in the agreement.8. Delivery and Deadlines• Initial Sketch is delivered within 2 weeks• The process will take 2~6 weeks depending on the project and availabilityThe agreed-upon method of delivering the final artwork or design is determined, whether it's digital delivery via email or file sharing platforms.9. RefundsDue to the custom nature of commissioned artwork or design, refunds are generally not provided once payment is made, unless otherwise stated in the agreement or in the case of extraordinary circumstances.10. Contract TerminationIn the event that either party wishes to terminate the contract or agreement before completion, the terms regarding refunds, ownership, and any unfinished work should be clearly outlined.11. ConfidentialityBoth parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the commission process, such as trade secrets, proprietary designs, or client-specific details.12. Legal ComplianceThe commission terms should comply with applicable laws and regulations, including intellectual property rights, copyright laws, and any local or international regulations related to art and design.
